Dr. Tiheba Bain is an author, speaker, strategist, consultant, and transformational leader whose work has been shaped by both lived experience and decades of leadership in community, nonprofit, advocacy, and organizational spaces.
Her journey through adversity, reinvention, executive leadership, and entrepreneurship has taught her that transition alone does not create transformation. What matters is what we choose to do next. That understanding became the foundation for NextPhase Enterprise.
The Journey Behind the Work
NextPhase did not begin with a business plan. It emerged from a body of work—and a life—that required me to navigate change, adversity, leadership, reinvention, and the difficult decisions that come with becoming who you are meant to be.
Long before NextPhase there was WAMI. I did the work: built organizations, developed programs, advocated for communities, leading through uncertainty, creating opportunities, speaking truth to empower, and helping people move beyond circumstances that were never meant to define what came next.
